Eureka's Black Diamond series blind burrs are premium 65mm burrs that can be installed on a range of grinders to improve their longevity and optimize their particle distribution based on your preferred brew method. Each burr has been treated using Eureka's cryogenic hardening process which freezes the burrs to -193°C (-315.4°F) which results in incredibly high durability exceeding that of even Red Speed treatment. The burrs are additionally pre-seasoned during the production process to allow for immediate use.
The Blind Burr sets are designed specifically for Eureka grinders such as the Mignon Single Dose Pro that use a single blind upper burr with screw holes in order to reduce coffee retention. There are four available Blind Black Diamond burr sets to choose from:
All Purpose
Designed to provide particle distribution optimized for espresso and filter brewing at all ranges. These burrs excel at grinding light to medium roasted coffees and emphasize brightness and flavor clarity.
Compatible With: Mignon Libra 65 All Purpose, Mignon Zero 65 All Purpose, Oro Mignon Single Dose Pro
Brew Specialty
Designed to provide particle distribution optimized for a range of filter coffee methods including pour over, batch brew, moka and cold brew. These burrs are especially recommended for use with light to medium roasted coffees.
Compatible With: Oro Mignon Single Dose Pro
Espresso Specialty
Designed to provide particle distribution optimized for espresso but also suited for moka and Turkish grinding. These burrs excel at grinding light to medium roasted coffees and emphasize brightness and clarity while offering even more emphasis on delicate flavors.

Italian Espresso
Designed to provide particle distribution optimized for espresso extraction as well as moka and Turkish grinding. These burrs excel at grinding medium to dark roasted coffees, producing a concentration of super fines for increased body with good clarity.
